On Friday 9th August, my fiance, a friend and myself went to Cafe Vacca Matta on arrival we were charged a covert charge of R210.00 we spent 20 minutes in the cafe and I decided to ask for a refund based on the fact that they had repeated the tracks and the fact that the place was full and still they allowed more patrons to enter. I then approached the doorman and voiced my concerns, I requested a refund, whilst doing so my fiance and friend waited outside at the entrance where they were attacked and mistreated despite trying to explain why they were waiting the were accused of loitering. I then approached the staff an ask why they were behaving in such a hostile manner I was told to shut up we were forced down the escalator and treated like thugs. I find their behaviour to be unacceptable and feel that action should be taken.
