Poor service and not accepting false advertising

My wife & 2 relatives went to Vacca Matta on 8 November 2013 to see Black Coffee, the headline DJ, as advertised. We paid to get in & after we had paid we found out that Black Coffee was no longer playing. We were informed of this BEFORE we got into the club & I immediately refused to enter as i had only been interested in Black Coffee. The lady by the door refused to refund our cash and told us, "there is nothing we can do as it is an unforeseen incident the DJ did not pitch".

We eventually went in & i dropped the issue. While inside the club, the bartenders were very arrogant & rude. Getting a drink was a pain for us. In particular was an incident where i was served a 340ml Castle Lite when i ordered a 440ml (which they had been serving the whole night). I had paid for the drink in cash and i told the bartender that i wanted a 440ml bottle and would top up the cash to buy it. The bartender refused and told me that if i wanted a 440ml i should buy another one, i asked for the Manager on the night, named Tim (dont know if thats his real name), who rudely told me that i should have specified what i wanted, despite them serving 440ml the whole night. I will never go back there again
