I am writing with regards to an incident with the Manager of the Cafe Finos at Clearwater on Saturday morning.
I met a very good friend for breakfast the morning of the 16th of Feb. We were there for three hours drinking coffee, tea, juice and having breakfast. Please note that some of this time was also spent dealing with my baby who had to be fed and put to sleep.
When we paid the bill the owner approached us and addressed us in front of the other customers (which was very embarrasing) telling us that we have spent four hours there and that we have not cost her poor waitress her day's wage - as she has only three hours left to make money from two tables.
This situation was extremely embarrasing for me and my friend and I did take it up with this owner/manger. She didn't seem to mind that much.
Guess what - the next day my husband and I went for breakfast at Clearwater again - just not at Cafe Finos.
With this experience I have decided that I will never ever set foot in another Cafe Finos again (not even the one at Retail Crossing which is a nice store by the way) if this is the kind of people you license to represent your brand then I am most defnitel
