I have spent more then my monthly premium holding on to sort out my account and extra subscriptions added to my account and reconnection, when a friendly request to return my calls i hear absolutely nothing. Am i just a number to receive any good service in the working class. They tell me balance due is -R88.00 however they have disconnected my dstv again and saying a balance due immediately for reconnection is R629-00 after paying on the 1st of August an amount of R950-00, this is ridiculous as one pays upfront to "ENJOY"dstv entertainment so how is this possible???
