I came home tonight only to realise that my DSTV had been cut. Checking my bank account I realised that the debit order had bounced. This is totally my fault as I should have checked. But what happened next was quite amazing. I immediately did an internet transfer and the subscription was reconnected in less than 30 seconds.
That is really impressive.
Just one suggestion, it was a little confusing to find out what my customer number is when I dialled the call centre. maybe put an option in for that.
