I have been without DSTV since yesterday 3PM. I have phoned your service center 3 times, and on each occasion the picture comes on for a few seconds then disappears and keeps giving me an error message of E32-4. I was told to please be patient as they were busy upgrading.
This morning 10:45am it still shows me this message.
I pay insurance,
I pay for a premium subscription,
I paid R250 for the dish to be checked and the technician said the fault lay with DSTV.
What more must I do to get my DSTV to work.
Nobody seems to care to help me! The Facebook messenger is ignoring me.
Please reimburse me for the rest of my months subscription and cancel my account.
