On 28-07-2013 is called in to your contact center to have my DSTV Subscription changed from Easy View to DSTV Permium. I was told pay R542.42, which i did. Today 4-08-2013 my subscription was Suspended saying I owe R1900.00??? I again called the contact center 3 times & my called was cut everytime I asked for assistance once listening to my query. On my 4th call i spoke to Linda & explained again. I ask to speak to her Supervisor - Harriet Majodina. She Called back. I asked for my cpmplaint to be investigated. i would like to have feedback as to why i received BAD, POOR Service.
