Beginning of August 2013 my dstv was cut off, although I paid my account. My wife phoned Multichoice Bloemfontein because this is probable a mistake but no. My account with Multichoice is in arrears but I have paid every month. After many phone calls and promises that they will review what happened they never get back to me. They switched the dstv back on never contacting us like they said. We assumed that the problem was solved as they would not switch on the decoder if we owed them money, But I check the account today and still I am in arrears of R764.32. To add to my frustration I can not watch certain channels now although I pay the full premium bouquet. What next do I do??
