Give us what we pay fo

I am so tired of the poor service received from DSTV. I record the Apprentice every evening and every time I go back to watch it the screen is blank... so clearly it is a blank recording. I am not the only person that I know of who is experiencing the same problem, I know of at least 10 others. I had the same issue with Two and a Half Men on Monday night. My mom phoned the call centre last week to query this and the operator said that its the signal. I find this hard to believe because I use the PVR function a lot and it just seems like too much of a coincidence. So that means that the other 10 people I know are also experiencing poor signals between 6:00pm and 7:00pm only Mondays to Thursdays because if you record in the same timeslot on a Friday (which is another series), it actually does record. I am tired of paying for a service that I am not receiving. Maybe I should deduct monies from my monthly subscription because if you say that you offer the service then you actually should. Maybe you need to check the process that is used to screen the series.
