After I logged my initial complaint and emailed Electric Lizzard to find out what was happening I got an email to say they would look into it and let me know in a day or two. After a week I had no response and sent an email again. Still nothing happened. I then emailed again to ask what was happening and then suddenly they were closed until the 20th July but have noted my email. Today is the 30th July and still nothing is happening. I think this is the biggest waste of money and empty promises from a company. They just wanted my money and did not deliver as they promised.
