I CALLED THE DSTV CALL CENTRE (PRETORIA) AT 19:57 29TH JULY AND WAITED 14 MINUTES BEFORE BEING TRANSFERRED TO A CALL CENTRE AGENT AS MY WALKA 5 HAS AN E 19-4 ERROR CODE. AFTER BEING TRANSFERRED I HEARD PEOPLE TALKING AND THEN THE PHONE WAS PUT DOWN IN MY EAR. I CALLED A SECOND TIME AND WAITED 19 MINUTES BEFORE FINALLY PUTTING THE PHONE DOWN AS IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS TO HOLD ON FOR SUCH A LONG TIME WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE.!!!
