This month of July we were billed incorrectly, called Multichoice on the29/7/13 at around noon.
We were assisted and promised that our bill has been corrected but now my extra view is off.
Will we be credited the the time we lost?
You call and more than 25 minutes on the line for the mistake you never caused.
Its like DSTV does not care about its clients.
