Please process my refund

Please refund the R764.39 that you owe me. Almost a month has passed now and Noluthando Mkhize has per her strict process dictated that the money will be in my account in 7 working days time even though you committed to refund the money on the 8 July.
What astounds me is the fact that you have the audacity to make me wait for money you should have never taken out of my account in the first place.
This is one of the reasons why a customer who has been with you for almost 20 years has cancelled their subscription to DSTV.
