Now I'm angry! after complaining of my unpleasant experience at Grandwest casino bowling alley the operations duty manager is still getting back to me! what a joke! I want this elsebe girl to be told how rude and unfriendly she was towards me and my friends and fiance... she was totally uncalled for it was the most pathetic service I ever got and to top it off your bowling pin mechanism is always faulty get your stuff sorted out! service and equipment! very upset after sending my complaint on 25/07/2013 and still no feedback... disgusted... I hope now I will get some feedback
