Noticed that DSTV have been charging me incorrectly over the past 2 months (even after i clarified the monthly amount about 2 months ago after installing Xtra view). I called the contact centre yesterday and sat for nearly 20 mins with no answer and when i tried this morning i got ahold of a consultant who said i was being billed incorrectly but because he was offline he couldnt confirm and reverse. i said it was no issue he could call me back to rectify later today and he replied saying he cannot call me back. funny that, 2 months back i had 2 supervisors calling me after i threw my toys. YOUR MISTAKE DSTV BUT THE CUSTOMER MUST KEEP CALLING YOU TO SORT IT OUT. I think it may be time for me to cancel my contract
