In Oct/Nov 2012, i had extra decoder installed... the technican after installation contacted DSTV to have decoder activated, i spoke to agent and answer a few security questions. I was not advised of the extra charge of R65 " i cannot pay for something that was not mentioned (non-disclosure)

I called in December after receiving an sms/disconnection, i once again called in and spoke to extra view department, explained myself (second time around) i requested the call recording and at the same time was told i missed a payment too and this is also why my account is so high, i faxed all proof of payment and this was rectified (but you did'nt reverse the reconnect fee charged in error). I spoke to Ryno Rautenbach, who said he won't request the call recording as to sate my case, he said i should have known there was an extra charge, and he makes an assumption based on that, the money is not the problem, it's the principal behind this. If your recording states i received the info i will gladly paid the monies... Your guy Ryno needs some training on how to deal with clients.
