Me and my mother-in-law went to the movies in Capegate SC. The lights has just dimmed when we entered cinema 4 to see our movie. We sat in the back row, but as we went down the step my mother-in-law lost her balance and fell. She fell backwards and her head bumped right against the pillar. Only when we sat down we realized her head is bleeding terribly. We left the cinema and the staff was immediately there to assist. They were so concerned and really made us feel that they are there for us. We were refunded on our tickets and I can only thank them for their assistence and efficiency. I will always recommend Ster Kinekor Capegate.
