Hi I am experiencing problems with the call centre, Yesterday (10 July 2013) I asked them via email to upgrade my package to DSTV Premium, they did it during the day. Last night when I want to catch up on the cricket, I couldn't access the Premium Channels.
I am very dissapointed, I you call the Service Centre you wait forever, they don't respond to my mails. Why not appoint more people to help if it's in their budget.
Please I am still waiting on their response.
