Each and every one of the self service terminals at Loch Logan Nu Metro in Bloemfontein are out of order. This resulted in me missing a movie entirely because there was a queue of over 80 people waiting to buy or pick up tickets. Even buying online helped nothing!
There's usually 1 or 2 of the terminals broken on a permanent basis but on that day all of them were broken. Huge inconvenience considering the astronomical ticket prices!
