POOR PLANNING AND LONG QUES

Went to Pavillion at 0950 hours 10/7/2013 to take my daughter for a movie. It is holiday season and rennovations are taking placeand only 2 ticket booths are open with long ques in place. Totally ludicrous and unacceptable. Wonder how many will miss the start of the movie.

This can only be poor planning by having 2 ticket booths available to sell. Rennovations are understandable and unavoidable at most times but a lack of staff is pure negiligence.
