Seems the only way to solve issues is on public.
I have been emailing every month to try and cancel my service which is under my wife's name who left the country I have explained in all my emails but never get reply seems your email on file never works I have also emailed to accounts @toptv but no one bothers same email account I use when it comes to payment. Among many other below is the email
