For some time now.( at least 5 weeks) we have been getting a message on our TV screen a verification message. To get rid of this irritating message we have resorted to scanning the decoder.
Last night at approximately 19h15 an E17 message popped up informing us that the account had been suspended and that we should contact the customer care centre. Needless to say that trying to get hold of Multichoice on a telephone is an impossibility. This morning again we tried to phone only to be told that we are number 61 on the waiting queue.
1st and foremost, I would like to stress that the account 27568246 ino Patrick Ventura is not in arrears.
Nothing is more irritating than trying to make contact with Multichoice at 19h15 in the evening. In frustration we rescanned the decoder and regained our signal.
It would appear that Multichoice is run by a team of incompetent Managers who employ absolutely incompetent staff.
It would be interesting to hear your comments on this incident.
Please let us have the facts and spare us from the BS.
