I laid a complaint on the 3rd of June regarding Dikeoeti who did allow me to make any bookings.
Her manager Astrid contacted me and said she will look into the matter and get back.
To date i have received no feedback from her, despite leaving 3 messages for her!
Is this the way that you treat customers?
