My boyfriend i went to the movies last night 5 june 2013, we booked a movie for the great gatsby and we didnt see on the ticket that it was 3D so while standing in the line for popcorn i looked at the ticket and saw 3D so i asked my boyfriend just to go and ask if the movie was 3D so we could buy the glasses, there was a man standing tearing the tickets, so he asked him, and he got unbelievably RUDE! sheldon asked a simple question and Thomas got so rude asking "what must he do about it? " when we asked where you buy them and asking if the film was infact in 3D he started getting and sarcastic telling sheldon he must just go away cant he see he is busy, when we asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager, if he is the manager, i dont know what kind of business nu metro or emperors palace is running but it complete BS! we ended up leaving not even watching the movie! if he was that rude to us who else was he rude to??? i am never returning there again! and we are always going there not ever have i ever been treated like that! i hope something is done about it! sort your staff out! being flipped out after a simple question??? i dont think so!
