Bad Customer Service

I tried to make a telephonic booking with the agent after my online attempt failed due to wrong information on hand at Virgin Money. The agent who tried to assist me kept me holding for more than 5 mins, not saying Anything, while I was still paying for this call from my cellphone! That was really unprofessional, and I demand to have my money that I spent on that call refunded to me! And another thing, the website for online bookings was not working! At least you people can put a notice up to say that the online bookings is not working at the moment and not let people waste their time and money trying to do online purchases.
