I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from Tony Miller Promotions on Saturday 22/06.
It was arranged, that:
1. The jumping castle would arrive at 9am and be set up before the party which started at 10am.
2. The castle I chose was because it came with a ball pond as well as. This was confirmed by them in an email.
After 3 calls to find out why the castle had not been delivered, it only arrived at 10:30/10:45, half way through the party. There were also no supplied. I rung them up to find out why, where they notified me that they no longer supply them.
I suggested that they leave the castle until Sunday afternoon, as some kind of compensation which they agreed on. The driver, however, was not notified of this arrangement and arrived in the afternoon to collect.
The state of the castle was not great. There were a few holes and air was escaping.
As a consumer who paid for a service, I believe I did not receive what was agreed upon and paid for.
I have requested a full refund, which they have declined. I will be taking this up further.
