I must say that I am disappointed with the service I'm getting from Multichoice. In April and May the amounts that were deducted from my account were above the Premium bouquet amount.

This has happened again this month and between last night and this morning I have spoken to the following people who did not even help me: Ntokozo and Mankwali.
Can someone please explain how these exorbitant amounts keep being deducted from my account
