Myself and my boyfriend went to watch Hangover 3 in Cinema 6, the 12:15pm show on the 15 June 2013. We forgot a package in the cinema but only realised when we got home. We gave them a call twice and the 2 persons who answered said they'll check but they never got back to us, eventually the third time we call again and this was a guy who's shift just started that answered so the previous 2 people left already. The guy went to check and then called back to say that they don't find the package. Like any other cinema they first clean before the next show starts so how is it possible that no-one knows about the package? This is really upsetting. They supposed to keep any packages because surely the customers will come looking for it. It would've been different case if I came back a week later but I called back 2 hours later. Really Ridiculous.
