We booked 2 tickets for Iron Man 3 show at 09h15 on 05 May 2013, we arrive at approximately 08h45 at the cinema to buy popcorn like all the other people only to get told they only open at 09h00 and they can only help us at 09h00. When we tell them but the movie starts at 09h00 how do they expect to serve everybody and get the cinema clean by 09h15 - their response don't worry you will only miss the previews. Meanwhile you have two managers on duty, staff standing around but nobody can help us. Why bother selling tickets for a 09h15 show if you are only going to open and start cleaning everything at 09h00? When we were in the cinema at 09h15, they started showing the previews but were still cleaning the cinema, please don't bother selling tickets for such an early show if you are not prepared to open up earlier or assist people earlier. Eventually when they did decide to start selling popcorn to the already huge line up of people, they find all their machines are not working & now have to work manually: piece of paper, pen and a calculator. Doesn't end there, they advertise combos all over but cannot provide us with it bcoz that combo is no longer valid.
