Currently staying at the Cascades room 122, my family has been subjected to having a "security guard" on the patio just sitting there reading and polishing his shoes. Been reported to security 2-3 hours ago and all they say is they will investigate yet no one has been sent out to investigate. There is a difference between an area being patrolled and someone sitting on a paid customers patio and relaxing the whole afternoon. Management is aware yet no actions are being taken.
