My wife's Blackberry 9810 was from our room (room 518) on Saturday night. We had gone for a walk and came back and the cell phone which was on charge in a locked room had been. We immediately reported the problem to a very inefficient security person who took our statement (we eventually wrote it ourselves as the security person was poorly trained). The next day we followed up with Koma who was very professional but have heard nothing since then which is over a week later. This is totall unacceptable as we have lost a new cellphone from a locked room at the Cascades.
