Multichoice got behind with account payments while I had a debit order. Sudd? nly I was 5000 and odd rand behind due to their stuff up. I said I would pay it off and I did. I have asked them dozens of times the status of the account as I must have paid it off by now, and also to state exactly what I pay for my dstv plus 3 others per month, but to no avail, they said two months ago there was only one thousand and odd rand oustanding and they subtract around 1500 off my ban account per month. I want full details on the account and if they owe me, I want my money paid back.
