I've been struggling with multichoice for months, and instead of them delivering ME a service, THAT I PAY A LOT OF MONEY FOR EVERY MONTH, they, just say, eeee sorry!! I have phoned them for the last 5 months, asking them to debit the amount due from my account, but still every month they suspend my dstv and i have to not only waste petrol money to go and pay my account, i have to pay a re-connection fee as well!!
