DSTV No Online Self Service when u need it most!!!

I arrived at my Pretoria flat and wanted to watch the Rugby Test Match @ 1715 and quickly tried to use my Tab to use DSTV's self service to connect my Pretoria Smartcard (I have 2 and second one can therefore be managed Pro-Rata) - I travel a lot and have done this numerously and it always worked fast and smartly. This time however it simply refused and constantly gave the: "Reconnect Failed" message. My account is up to date. This is Terrible Service at a critical time and I had to turn to guess who: SABC2!! - Poor show Multichoice!!! Your Call Centre, when I though I could quickly call them, was also inundated with calls and I was waiting forever and had to hang up - Poor show Multichoice!!!
