Smartcard Swap

My DSTV has been suspended because of an expired Smart-card. The call centre agent gave me the numbers of the agent that I can go to in the vicinity of my work place. Unfortunately, when I got there they told me that they do not do Smart-card swaps. Why does DSTV not know what services their agents provide. I then tried somewhere where i did not get assistance but they referred me to another place. I called them and they confirmed that they can do the swap for me. About an hour later I went to the place only to be told that the Smart-cards are out of stock!! Why can they expect us to do the swaps yet they do not supply adequate stock to their agent? They should roughly know what stocks to supply because they have details of their subscribers. I today once again went to the list of their agent on their website and tried calling couple of their agent, all the number I have tried do not exist!!! Multichoice has the audacity of debiting my account for the service that they suspended a couple of days later. Why did they debit my account in the 1st place? They should have just suspended the service. As we stand I do not get services that I have already paid for!!
