MULTICHOICE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

MC debited my Bank Account with R2961.90 on 2 May 2013.I had my Bank stop the D/O as I have only 1 Premium Bouquet Extra View. I phoned MC & pointed out their error. I told them I will pay the correct amount of R695 which I did on 3 May. On 28 May my Account was SUSPENDED! I phoned the morning & it was reconnected. I phoned again later to sort out the account. They took my details & said I would be contacted. Surprisingly I was contacted shortly & told my account is sorted out. I was asked to pay MANUALLY as there would be no Debit Order on 1 June so I paid R695 on 31 May. On 3 June MC puts through a D/O for R887-22.I had my Bank stop it again. On 6 June I get a SMS to say that MY ACCOUNT IS UNPAID & I must PLEASE SETTLE IMMEDIATELY.I phone MC AGAIN & tell my story to the 1st person & then again to a 2nd person at Extra View & I ask for a Supervisor. I'm told that I will be contacted. It's now 7 June, nothing yet... I am now really! MC this is EMBARRASSING & it is now costing me. R15X2 for stopping the 2 Incorrect Amounts 2 X Manual Payments R2-50X2 for now not receiving my D/O discounts. What about all the time spent & all those phone calls because YOU Up. NOT ME! SORRY won't cut it
