I have bought a TopTV dish from House & Home in Cape Gate last week, got home immediately sent the sms to activate and installation. Received an automated reply that I will be contacted to make arrangements within 72hours. I patiently waited, then impatiently waited some more. Then sent an email via their website to try and speed things up to no avail. If this is how customer relationships are started, I can only imagine how it is going to end! Point is, don't promise something that can't be delivered. If you are so busy that your turn around time is suffering, employ more staff. Remember that you don't provide a necessity, it is a luxury, and if people receive this kind of service, word of mouth will cause a lot of damage to your company, and judging by reports on this site, it already has. I hope and trust that this will be resolved quickly and painlessly without further delays and excuses.
