After my complaint against Computicket Mr Bryan Rufener rectify the matter for me. He e-mailed me and apologizes for the inconvenience and also processed my refund for me. After receiving the e-mail from Mr Rufener i realize that the problem is not with Computicket but with certain individuals working for Computicket with bad attitudes and not willing to walk the extra mile for their customers. I just want to thank Mr Rufener for having the customers best intensions at heart and for the profesional way he resolved the matter for me.
