Why have you charged us R1453.00 for a month's subscription? Changing to debit order was the biggest mistake I have ever made! We paid R375.00 at the beginning of April, then we upgraded from Family to Premium on 19 May, And suddenly almost two months subscription goes off? I did not budget for this! When I upgraded I was told we would pay R825.00, not R1453.00 for ONE MONTH SUBSCRIPTION! I just called their call centre. What a joke? I spent 15 minutes talking to a guy who doesn't have a clue what he is saying. He keeps contradicting himself and wouldn't listen to anything I was saying. Moreover, his language skills are so bad I could hardly understand a word he was saying! Surely you guys can do better then this? According to him I was billed for June as well as July because I upgraded my subscription on the 19th of the month, instead of after the 25th. However, the person I spoke to when I upgraded told me that my debit order would be R825.00. This is just absolutely terrible. His attitude is: Read the terms and conditions, that's what they are there for.
