I reactivated my account after it was idle for an extended period.
My daughters DSTV account is also on my name and the monthly fees are deducted from my bank account
Firstly DSTV did not deduct the first months subscription form my account so they cut my account, then they could not link both accounts and now they have cut my daughters account
Come on DSTV how many times do we need to phone to get an account rectified
