I went for a movie only to find myself in a queue for almost an hour, there was only 1 person attending to us. After I finally got my ticket we had to wait outside cine 7's door packed there like sardines in a tin for 15min. There was not one to explain why we had to wait. Something has to be done about it, I for one do not mind paying more for good service if that's what it takes.
