I've been e-mailing the Multichoice enquiries frequently about a refund since July 2013 - at enquiries they are very helpful & full of promises that the refund will take about 7 working days!! After frequent e- mails & phone calls NO REFUND!!! I'M NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO ANYBODY IN THE FINANCIAL DEPT which I think is unacceptable. If this refund does not take place in the next 7 working days then I will speak to the Consumer Protection Act about this service. Awaiting your response
