I called the call centre and spoke to Vigi in the general inquiries department. I wanted to know more about the prestige cinema in Rosebank. I asked her something twice as I did not hear her the first time she responds by telling me I just told you that and starts answering me for the sake of doing so and I could hear in her voice that she was not interested in answering me.
Whether this is taken serious or not is up to your organisation but for me I no longer have the urge or interest to visit your theatre. After this experience I am certain that a customer is not valued in your organisation.
