BROKEN PROMISE OF AN ARRANGEMENT

I called a consultant on the 09-05-13 because at spar the system was offline, so I call round 21:15 to ask for an extension so that I will pay tomorrow on the 10-05-13 because I do not have the R50 reconnection fee so please they must not cut me I will pay tomorrow, he agreed and he asked me that please if you are unable to pay at Spar go to Pick 'n Pay or Pep so I said no its fine I will do that before I knew it I receive a message telling me that my account was suspended the exact time is 14:08 on the 10-05-13 and I took to the phone asked the lady how possible is that because I made an arrangement with one guy is not yet evening but the account is suspended? she told me that yah your account is always suspended so you will have to pay the R50 reconnection fee, I said I asked nicely yesterday and we had an agreement and its not the first time I have had to ask for it, and I explained to her that I am unemployed that is why I am struggling to keep up with the payments and the reason I bought it is for my 4 children who watch the cartoons? now is this how you treat your customers? the struggling ones after making an arrangement, I am very disappointed really
