3 Weeks later still no RED CARPET in my home

So I have been waiting for DSTV to call me back and still nothing really I am paying for a service that I am not getting it, the entire day goes by with NO tv yes NOTHING ZERO NADA I am really tired of this now I am cant keep begging to get the service that is owed to me
