The other day we were trying to make a booking for a movie while on the way to the cinema. The booking was on a mobile phone and during the process their site asked us to select the device type no fewer than 5 times. Surely once in a session is enough? It ended up wasting so much time that in the 20 minute trip to the cinema we could not complete the booking, and the movie was sold out by the time we got there!

Once there the situation gets no better. The brand new bathrooms are already filthy, primarily because the stalls are so small (now smaller because the tiles are thicker!) that you can hardly turn around in them. No fewer than two (out of a total of six) of the brand new toilets already don't flush without serious coercion. You'd think for something so important you'd get competent contractors.

Oh and finally, why do you still make me sign a credit card slip when buying refreshments? Chip and pin means this is no longer necessary (that signature means NOTHING), yet you still expect me to take that filthy pen that everyone else has used to sign a credit card slip, right before I am supposed to eat my popcorn with that same hand. Did anyone think about this at all?
