I have been a loyal paying subscriber for many years then I start getting these messages to swop my smart working in Vereeniging and living in Boksburg I can only do this on a Saturday and the only place close by is in Benoni. 1 April my service got cut off and I am still having to pay gone to the place to swop 3 times now once they were closed and today the line of people were right out the shop and people just walked in pushing in before us. I think it is really disgusting that we get ripped off like this I understand that the upgrade is a good thing but why could you not send the cards out to us? or at least have more places where we can go. Are you going to re fund us for the period that our service has been suspended?
