No Tickets, No Apologies

My self and some friends went to see iron man 3 at monte casino on saturday afternoon. we stood in a line for a self service machine for close to 40 minutes trying to purchase a ticket. the machine when we finally got to it then deducted the amount for 4 tickets out of my account but did not issue tickets. numerous people around us had the same issue. when we approached management to receive our money back we asked why there was no one at the machines to inform people there was a problem he simply said that sometimes problems happen but what must he do, just come see the movie later. i think its rediculous that even though you know there is a problem you dont tell the general public trying to buy tickets, waiting long periods of time and taking their money with out issuing tickets and then not to even receive an apology after from management that doesnt even care if you missed your movie, got your money back and is too lazy to inform people of this problem. a horrible experience and i will not return to Nu Metro Monte casino again.
