I've been a Multichoice subscriber for over 15 years. In September, I changed credit cards and as a result my debit order on the 19/09 failed to go through. On the 21st, I received a notice from Multichoice stating I must make immediate payment or else my service would be disconnected. I did this immediately. However, the next day on the 22nd, my service was disconnected and shortly thereafter reconnected. I was charged R50 even though I made payment immediately as informed. Multichoice, you are so petty. The consultant who I spoke to told me pay up or else, no exceptions. This makes me so annoyed, I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription as there are other alternatives. Don't be petty Multichoice. Look after your customers.
