I've bin loyal to city property for more than a yr paying my rent bt wen i have a problem they coudnt help me. I payed my rent in the wrong ref nr by mistake on the 05-04-2013 and i was dealing with Thabang and he told me that he will sort it out same day.
I got the statement to discover i owe them double rent, I cald Rachel in accounts and explained everything and she requested that I give my building manager proof of payment as she will sort it out.
Today I cald Rachel to check if it's sorted she told me that my building mngr of Plaza Place didnt give her anything so I will have to pay that double rent. I left my Job and went to the office with proof of payment and the tenant who used to stay @da ref nr i payed rent to and explained everything and he confirmed that the money belongs to me, Rachel advised the owner must send her ID copy and the note that states that the money belongs to me. The WHITE RUDE MANAGER said it is not her problem that I paid in the wrong account infact the owner of the flat which i used her ref nr that stays in NORTHWEST MUST COME IN PERSON TO CONFIRM THAT I USED A WRONG REF NR, how possible is that? I WILL REPORT THIS 2THE OMBUDSMAN IF THIS IS NOT SORTED
